We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.

Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Orders are fulfilled through our network of trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding UK public holidays. Most deliveries are made during standard business hours, though this may vary by carrier and location.

Shipping Process

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages, and any redelivery fees may apply.

Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery

Delivery Attempts: Our carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local depot for collection or returned to sender.

Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 21 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@qorava.com. We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please:

  • Take photos of the package and any damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@qorava.com
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage
